It covers all the necessary features of interview like candidate's detail profiling, detailed interview feedback and there are many more such features. I also liked their broad interview panel for technical hiring. They have a quick turnaround so overall hiring time gets reduced with good industry experts on their interview panel.

There is also a concern regarding compensation; InCruiter needs to ensure that the agreed compensation is provided promptly. Lastly, I have experienced delays in the review and addressal of complaints. It’s important that complaints raised via calls and tickets are handled promptly, and I would suggest having a dedicated email address or team specifically to handle these issues.

Setting up interviews is cumbersome unless you plan to use the "generic" questions that interview stream provides. But, I don't think you will get the results that you want unless you tailor the interview questions to your industry and the specific job the candidate is interviewing for. The dashboard cannot be customized either, and you will want to move things around to make it more efficient. My biggest pet peeve is that I did not have access to interviews when we stopped subscribing to InterviewStream.
