"Great product for improving efficiency!" I would like to see this as a full-on applicant tracking system (ATS); it's well on its way. I would make a few tweaks, such as customizing the drop down menus for candidate categories, changing/hiding the job posting date, and being able to download the candidate resume from the platform instead of email.
