InterviewStream is a structured video interview platform offering both one-way and live video interviews, widely used by universities, healthcare, government, and enterprise HR teams that prioritize behavioral interviewing, interview guides, and compliance-focused hiring.

WedgeHR, on the other hand, is a video interview platform designed to simplify early-stage candidate screening through asynchronous one-way video interviews, commonly used by small to mid-sized teams in hospitality, retail, healthcare, staffing, and financial services that need to screen large applicant volumes efficiently. "Video Interviewing Software"
Setting up interviews is cumbersome unless you plan to use the "generic" questions that interview stream provides. But, I don't think you will get the results that you want unless you tailor the interview questions to your industry and the specific job the candidate is interviewing for. The dashboard cannot be customized either, and you will want to move things around to make it more efficient. My biggest pet peeve is that I did not have access to interviews when we stopped subscribing to InterviewStream.

The site is very temperamental with technical requirements. We have many candidates that are experiencing technical issues and causes delays in our hiring process.
